All Domestic orders will be dispatched within on the next working day from the date of receiving your order confirmation email.

International orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of receiving your order confirmation email.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking details.

 

WHAT IF THERE ARE SERVICE DELAYS?

The Dopamean Store is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

 

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY?

For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees - The Dopamean Store does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.
